As you can see the safe lock, to open it align the number 0212 then push down the black button to open it. To close it push back and switch the numbers for own safety, and pull out the black shutter to cover it again. Go to the black door and open it. Flat number 01 on the first floor.

Internet access: The password and network are on the back of the router box right next to the TV.

WIFI: There is a small device plugged in to the electric socket in the kitchen and the code is at the back of it or just press the side button and the password should display on the screen. Please make sure the device is charged.


Check in and check out times: Check in time starts from 3pm and check out by 11 am. Late check out is NOT permitted after 11 am because we need to prepare the property for the new arrival. we charge for late check out should you remain in the property after 11am.  Victoria and Kings Cross Stations offer luggage storage services 24hs if you wish to enjoy London before jetting away. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door.

Refundable security deposit: The security deposit of £150 will be refunded back on your card after the apartment is inspected for damages within 24 hours FROM check out. (Airbnb not applicable)

We DON’T accept CASH as deposit.

No parties allowed:  Strictly no parties permitted at the premises AT ANY TIME.  If there are any complains of excessive noise from neighbors, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately without any refund of the security deposit.

Number of guests in the property: No other guests are allowed to stay in the property apart from the listed on the reservation.

No Smoking allowed:  Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. If we notice any signs of smoking or smell at the property during our inspection your deposit WILL NOT be returned.

No pets allowed

Our right to property access: A representative of our company has the right to access the apartment during your stay, either for services provided, maintenance rounds or any suspicion of breaking the house rules.

Lost keys: Keeping the keys in your possession is completely the responsibility of the guests. If the keys are lost or forgotten in the apartment and the guests are locked outside, the guests will need to give us at least 5 hours to get to the address and find an alternative to supply duplicated keys . Duplicate keys cannot be delivered post 10 pm. It’s the guest’s responsibility to collect it from another address given at the time and bear the cost of travel. Post midnight no one will be available and if guests need to look for another accommodation this will be at their own cost and no refund will be provided. There will be a charge of £25 for lost keys.
